The weekend will see fairly dry spells of weather for most, but there will be some outbreaks of rain and drizzle as well.
It is set to turn more unsettled in the early part of next week.
It will be rather dull and damp this morning (Friday, June 12) with patchy outbreaks of light rain, drizzle and mist.
Throughout the afternoon showers will develop over Ulster while elsewhere will be mostly dry with sunny spells breaking through.
Highest temperatures today will be 13° to 19° or 20°, that little bit cooler along Atlantic coasts where fresh westerly winds will be gusty.
Outside of the showery rain in the north, it will be dry tonight with clear spells. It will feel quite breezy in moderate to fresh westerly winds, with lowest temperatures of 7° to 11°, feeling cooler along the south.
Tomorrow (Saturday, June 13) will be dry for most with plenty of hazy sunshine around. A few light showers will occasionally fall over northern counties.
Highest temperatures will be 14° to 22°, warmest in the south and east, in light to moderate north-west breezes.
Tomorrow night will be mostly dry with clear spells and high cloud. Coastal and hill fog will form, mostly in the south. Lowest temperatures will be 8° to 12° in light northerly or variable breezes.
It will be cloudy to start on Sunday morning (June 14) with isolated showers over Ulster. Conditions will improve throughout the day with hazy sunny spells developing.
Highest temperatures will be 17° to 22°, mildest in the west with light to moderate east to south-east winds.
While Sunday night will start off clear for most, cloud will start to increase from the south-west towards morning bringing patchy outbreaks of light rain, drizzle and mist.
Lowest temperatures will be 9° to 12°, in light to moderate east to south-east winds.
Monday (June 15) dry to start for most. Patchy rain, drizzle, and mist will spread from the south-west through the morning, developing into showery outbreaks as it clears north-eastwards.
The occasional sunny spell will also develop as the day goes on. It will be rather humid, with highest temperatures of 17° to 21° generally, in no more than moderate southerly breezes.
There will be a mix of cloud and clear spells early on Monday night with showery outbreaks mostly affecting the north-east. Towards morning, light rain and drizzle will feed in over the south-west.
Lowest temperatures on Monday night will be 11° to 13°, in light to moderate west to south-west winds.
Tuesday (June 16) is set to be generally cloudy, with the odd hazy sunny spells. Showery outbreaks of rain and drizzle will continue to spread north-eastwards through the morning.
However, this will be shortly followed by a more persistent band of rain, which will spread. Parts of Ulster will see drier spells. Highest temperatures will be 15° to 18°, in moderate south-west winds.
