Kinisla takes on 20 graduates for 2-year programme

Kinisla has announced that it has taken on 20 graduates under its two-year Graduate Programme.

The graduates will work across various functions across the business over the two-year period.

Kinisla said the programme provides graduates with hands-on experience, giving them the opportunity to build practical skills, take on responsibility and understand Kinisla's dairy, food and nutrition business.

The graduates will work with more experienced colleagues across the organisation, who will help them develop "the skills and experience needed to build successful careers".

Kinisla said the graduate programme forms part of its "commitment to attracting, developing and retaining talent".

Applications have also now opened for the 2027 Graduate Programme.

Commenting on the programme and the intake of new graduates, Kinisla CEO Pat Murphy said: "We are delighted to welcome these outstanding graduates to Kinisla.

"Over the next two years, they will gain valuable experience across different areas of our business, develop new skills and build relationships that will support them throughout their careers," Murphy added.

Fiona O'Carroll, Kinisla HR director, said: "When we look at the future of our business, we don't just see strategies, technologies or products. We see people, We see talent fresh, fresh thinking, ambition and potential.

"That's why our graduate programme is so important. It is an investment in our future, and we are delighted to welcome them to Kinisla and look forward to supporting them as they begin their careers with us," O'Carroll added.

Graduates

Lakeland Dairies, which runs a Graduate Programme of its own, has also recently taken on a new set of graduates, as well as announcing that applications for its 2027 programme are also open.

Lakeland said its Graduate Programme provides the opportunity to "build rewarding careers" within the co-operative.

Lakeland's intake will begin a two-year programme of learning and career growth, the business said.

The new graduates join Lakeland from a range of disciplines, and will gain "hands-on experience" through a structured rotation across the business.
