
Now in its 44th year, the prestigious event showcases the very best of Ireland's dairy sector.
The National Dairy Show recently welcomed FBD Insurance as its new title sponsor.
According to organisers, the partnership marks one of the most significant in the show's history and will help the event to continue to develop and promote the dairy industry.
Founded by farmers, FBD is Ireland’s largest Irish-owned insurer, serving more than 500,000 policyholders through its nationwide network of 34 branches.
Newly appointed show director Tom Baker welcomed the new partnership with FBD.
"It aligns closely with the values and ambitions of the National Dairy Show, and will help strengthen the event for exhibitors, breeders and visitors in the years ahead," he said.
Michael Berkery, chair of the FBD Trust, said the show has "established itself as one of the most important events in the Irish agricultural calendar".
He added that the FBD Trust is "proud to support the sector through education, innovation and knowledge sharing".
Maureen O'Meara, head of sales, Munster, FBD Insurance, added that the company is looking forward to meeting customers and "celebrating the people driving Irish dairy farming forward" at this year's show.
This year's event sees impressive levels of industry sponsorship, from companies covering all aspects of the dairy industry, including genetics, animal health, milking technologies and nutrition.
