Bord Bia has confirmed to Agriland that three members of the board have been reappointed for another term.

The Irish Food Board said that Sharon Buckley, Mary Delaney and Karina Pierce have all been reappointed as board members.

"They were all appointed on July 4, 2026 and their three-year term ends on July 3, 2029," a Bord Bia spokesperson said.

The spokesperson added that these are the only changes on the board to date in 2026.

Karina Pierce is a professor in dairy production at the School of Agriculture and Food Science at University College Dublin (UCD).

Mary Delaney is a sustainability and business development consultant and is chair of the Dairy Research Trust.

She also works as a part-time university teaching specialist at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.

Sharon Buckley is a former chief commercial officer at MusgraveGroup.
