Don’t forget to apply for the Farm Safety Grant – deadline is January 9

Grant aid for various items of interest to farmers is available under the TAMS Farm Safety Scheme but the deadline is fast approaching and applications must be in by January 9.

The farm safety grant rate is 40% on eligible investments, up to a maximum investment of €20,000. You must be investing a minimum of €2,000 to be eligible for grant aid. Decent handling facilities are a great addition to any farm to help reduce the workload.

You should talk to your advisor to discuss your requirements and how you can make use of this farm safety grant aid.
