A new organisation for tillage farmers is being set up out of Irish Malt Growers out of what it says is under representation of the arable sector.

The malting barley pricing structure will fail to deliver a sustainable return in 2015 said the Irish Malt Growers group at a meeting in Bunclody on Wednesday.
