At Power Capital, our mission is defined by clarity and ambition: to accelerate the transition to a zero-carbon future by delivering clean, affordable energy that drives sustainable growth and long-term value.

We are powering Ireland with renewable energy, we are regenerating the environment, and we are investing in the communities where we operate.

With 11 solar farms either operational or under construction, we are proud to lead Ireland’s solar energy transformation.

Through strategic investment in solar infrastructure, we aim to create enduring impact for people, land, and the legacy we leave behind.

Our model offers landowners a unique opportunity to protect their legacy while contributing to a low-carbon, sustainable future.

Our projects are estimated to reduce over 3.2 million tonnes of CO2 emissions (that’s equivalent to the output of tens of thousands of houses), even after accounting for manufacturing impacts.

This is a meaningful contribution to Ireland’s climate goals and proves as a tangible benefit for landowners and communities.

Our purpose goes beyond delivering power. We work closely with landowners and local authorities to maximise environmental and social impact.

From pollinator-friendly planting to land recovery and community engagement, our projects are designed to create lasting value.

As CEO and co-founder Justin Brown said: “Our focus remains on scaling responsibly, guided by our values, committed to innovation, and driven by our responsibility to produce clean renewable energy.”

Solar farms are more than infrastructure, they are catalysts for community investment.

That is why we collaborate with schools, charities, and local organisations to deliver long-term benefits beyond energy generation.

Our approach is proactive and enduring. We engage early, often supporting initiatives ahead of formal community fund deployment.

This reflects our commitment to responsible development and collaboration.

To date in 2025, we have committed approximately €100,000 to projects like Meals on Wheels, STEAM education in DEIS schools, female retention in sports workshops, and cancer support programmes.

We have also contributed over €1m to local authorities for infrastructure projects.

Our Community Benefit Fund is expected to reach €2.5 million annually within five years, supporting over 10 counties and aligning with seven UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Landowners are central to this fund - partnering with us means giving your community access to resources that support local priorities, with input on how funds are allocated.

All our solar farms are hosted on farmland, and we deeply value the role farmers play in Ireland’s energy transition.

Our approach is built on transparency, fair agreements, and respect for the land. Many farms continue to support sheep grazing, proving that agriculture and energy can thrive together.

We see renewable energy as a new chapter for Irish farming - one that secures stable income, protects the land, and powers communities for generations.

If you are a landowner interested in exploring solar opportunities, we invite you to register your land today.

Together, we can build a cleaner, stronger, and thriving Ireland.
