Pig industry features on tonight’s Feirm

Tonight’s TG4 farming programme, Feirm, will look at the pig industry, including Truly Irish Country Foods and Bioatlantis.

Truly Irish Country Foods is heavily involved in research and development which is carried out on our gold standard welfare farm, Parknageragh Pig Breeders, Mein, Knocknagoshel.

Truly Irish is part of an EU funded project for the last three years called ‘ThriveRite’ and tonight’s programme will focus on this. Tonight’s programme also features Tralee company, Bioatlantis, who produce the seaweed products for Truly Irish and Professor John O’Doherty from UCD who is also a Director in Truly Irish.
