Irish beef is the best in the world, according to Dutch, Michelin Star chef, Martijn Kajuiter.
“Ireland is a place of myths and the myth of Irish beef is true – it is the best beef in the world,” he says.
Kajuiter said Irish beef is a product that is produced with so much integrity, so much passion, and so, is rooted in the Irish culture.
“The way the people treat their animals, they way they raise the cattle to give us a beautiful gift in terms of Irish beef to work with for our guests.
“It is something that we cherish and it should be broadcasted around the world, he said.
According to Kajuiter its not about producing as much meat as possible it is about producing the best possible meat in the best possible way.
“Irish beef is my preferred choice because the product has a soul, the taste is second to none.”
