What do you do when your van is too small to transport a gate?
Going by this video from Kerry, you put the gate in the back of the van and have some young lad hold onto it while you’re driving down the road!
Bernie Hart posted this video to Radio Kerry on Facebook of a man holding onto a gate that was in the back of what looks like a Citroen Berlingo van.
As can be seen in the video, Bernie was in the passenger seat of the car that came up behind the man with the gate.
The van is tipping along at a nice pace and in fairness to the man holding the gate in the van he’s managing to keep up, even in a pair of wellies.
Bernie posted underneath the video, ‘saw this in Duagh had to post it sooo funny up Kerry he was running with wellies fair play’.
The driver can be heard saying ‘only in Duagh would you see something like this’, followed by ‘oh my good Lord‘ and laughter.
Duagh is near Listowel in north Co. Kerry and since the video has been posted the rumour mill has gone into overdrive that this is a new part of Eamon Fitzmaurice’s training regime for the Kerry footballers.
