Kubota recently announced that two new models would be joining their M Series range. Kubota says the new models offer more powerful tractors for users.

The Kubota M series incorporates all of the companies agricultural models, which range from 85Hp to 135Hp. Kubota claim the new models have been designed in response to customer requests for a machine with similar dimensions to the popular M40 models, but with a larger engine. Kubota say that the new models feature more powerful four cylinder 3.3ltr turbo-charged diesel engines, along with additional modern enhancements that ensure users get a truly robust unit that satisfies their every need.

Rops and Cab variations are available on the new M6060 model and it has a 63.5hp engine. The second model the M7060 is only available with a cab and it has a more powerful 71Hp engine.

Kubota claim that efficiency is a key driver of any new product they design and eco drive function that allows for lower RPM’s in high gears and limits the top speed to 39.9km/h. Kubota claim that this not only creates lower cabin noise but also provides superb efficiency and better fuel consumption.

Kubota also say that the new models also feature improved cab design that allows for easier, more practical operator engagement including close-proximity finger touch controls. The seating position and design has been improved to make users more comfortable, allowing for extended periods of activity.

Adrian Langmead, business development manager at Kubota, commented: “The new M6060 and M7060 follow on from the popular M40 models but with more power and increased levels of responsiveness, offering users a mid-range tractor that can easily tackle any job at hand.”
