Dawn Meats is taking legal action against OKR Group. AgriLand understands it is in relation to an alleged six-figure trade debt and other related contractual matters.

A spokesman for the company said it declined to comment.

The OKR Group, the main franchise holder of Burger King in Ireland, also declined to comment.

The case is set for the High Court in the coming months.
