Farm Advisory Services is looking to hire two Agricultural Consultants in the Connaught region.

The role involves providing agricultural advice and services to individual farmers, farming organisations, solicitors, county councils and other authorities.

Duties will include BPS Applications, Soil Analysis Advice, all Department of Agriculture Schemes.

This is a long term, full-time position with an attractive salary and benefits package.

Farm Worker

A general farm worker is required one to two days a week on a modern beef and sheep farm in south Monaghan.

Experience around beef cattle preferred and experience in lambing ewes essential.

Duties include lambing, herding, grassland management and own transport is essential.

Course Tutors/Third Level Teaching Positions x2

Farm Advisory Services is looking to hire two Course Tutors/Third Level Teaching Positions in the Connaught region.

The successful candidate will prepare for and deliver classes, workshops, tutorials and deliver practical skill instruction for Level 5 and Level 6 Agriculture.

This includes personal/programme work plans, schedules and timetables.
