Bord Bia will be located at Block 4, Row 5, Stand 108, within the Government of Ireland Village at the 2026 National Ploughing Championships from September 15–17.

Bord Bia staff will be available to discuss market outlooks, share insights on global opportunities for Irish food and drink, and highlight Bord Bia’s work supporting Irish farmers and growers.

For farmer members, Bord Bia will have a dedicated helpdesk where visitors can ask audit-related questions and find out more about the development of a new producer standard.

In recognition of Ireland holding the Presidency of the Council of the European Union during this year’s Ploughing Championships, Bord Bia will showcase a selection of its campaigns co-funded by the EU.

From 2017 to 2028, Bord Bia has secured more than €79 million in EU co-funding for campaigns promoting Irish and European dairy, meat and horticulture across 16 global markets.

In partnership with Teagasc and ICBF, the marquee will also showcase AgNav - the free farm sustainability platform for beef, dairy and tillage farmers.

Staff will be on hand to help farmers sign up and demonstrate how AgNav can support them in measuring and managing their farm’s environmental performance.

A new ‘What’s in season?’ horticulture feature, first showcased at Bord Bia Bloom this summer, will highlight Irish vegetables that are in season this autumn and encourage shoppers to support Quality Assured growers by choosing produce with the Bord Bia Quality Mark.

An interactive ‘lift and learn’ fridge will also give visitors an insight into the export market for Irish meat.

The technology is used by Bord Bia at overseas trade shows to showcase Irish meat to international buyers.

Finally, younger visitors can get involved too, with a dedicated colouring corner where they can create their own farming artwork to take home.
