Assistant yard operative
Marksville Farms in Co. Louth is seeking an experienced yard operative.
The successful applicant will play an important role in ensuring seamless functioning of the inbound and outbound movement of goods from the yard.
Key responsibilities will include (among others): operating teleporter/ loader in loading delivery vehicles and grain processing unit; quality control on all inbound and outbound loads; controlling and monitoring all necessary goods and inwards/outwards documentation.

Interim manager
An agribusiness in Co. Galway wishes to recruit an interim general manager. This is a fixed-purpose role initially for six months.
The role will include (among other things): increasing revenue and ensuring financial sustainability of the business through prudent business management; developing the potential of the business through proactive marketing; and advising the board of directors.

Senior agricultural assistants
Applications are invited for two senior agricultural assistants (general farm workers) for the 245ha UCD Lyons Farm.
The appointees will report to the farm manager and day-to-day duties will include: general farm maintenance; care/feeding of livestock across a range of enterprises; assistance with research/teaching activities; assisting with tillage operations; and some machinery operations.
This is a temporary three-year role.
