Munster Bovine is currently seeking part-time flexible independent contractors in the Doonbeg, Kilkee and Kilrush areas of Co. Clare.
The purpose of the role is to visit the herd owner at milking time both morning and evening; record the volume of milk on the handheld for each cow; and take a sample for analysis.

Senior agricultural assistant
Applications are being invited for the role of senior agricultural assistant at UCD Lyons Farm.
The appointee will report to the farm manager. Day-to-day duties will include: general farm maintenance; care and feeding of livestock across a range of enterprises; assistance with research and teaching activities; assisting with tillage operations; and some machinery operation.

SWS Forestry is seeking to recruit senior foresters in the west and midwest regions.
Duties will include: managing the existing afforestation estate; introducing landowners to the services offered by SWS; managing semi-mature forest sites; and preparing reports as necessary.
