Forestry
The allocation to the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine in Budget 2025 will include funding of €91 million for forestry.
Ireland South MEP Billy Kelleher called for an urgent review of the forestry strategy to ensure we meet our planting target of 8000 ha/annum.
