There has been no shortage of demand for ewes with lambs at foot at marts in recent weeks, despite it being early days yet.
On Tuesday (April 27), Agriland made the trip down to Co. Wicklow to Blessington Mart to check in on the mart's weekly sheep sale.
A dispersal sale of ewes with lambs at foot took place on Thursday (March 18) at Carnew Mart which saw prices reach €274.
