Livestock farmers have more options than they may realise for trading livestock during the Covid-19 clampdown, according to one auctioneer.
The Irish Hereford Breed Society held its Spring Show and Sale in Nenagh last Saturday, April 8, where bulls reached an average price of €3,100.
The Irish Simmental Cattle Society held its Premier Spring Sale in Roscommon on March 11, where bulls made an average price of €3,800.
