Reporting to the Head of Nutrition, the InTouch Nutritionist is responsible for managing and developing the Keenan InTouch nutrition service in the region.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the development and delivery of nutrition support and feeding technologies on farm in the Leinster region and to farms worldwide through our InTouch facility in Kilkenny.
Prospective applicants to this job should have a relevant Animal Science/Agriculture qualification and/or similar as well as three or more years appropriate livestock; farm or nutrition advisory experience.

Technical Sales Advisor
A well-established Leinster based agricultural supply business is looking to hire a Technical Sales Advisor in the South Leinster area.
Due to continued growth it is seeking to recruit an ambitious person to service and expand its business.
The ideal candidate will have a formal qualification in agriculture and an in-depth farming knowledge with practical experience of beef, tillage and dairy.
Responsibilities will include supporting customers with expert technical advice and sales of the company’s brand-leading seed to feed farm inputs.

Farm Commercial Specialist
Applicants should enjoy interaction with customers and have the proven ability to support on-farm input efficiency and continuous growth.
Responsibilities would include developing existing customer relationships, providing beneficial advice to increase customer’s profit, providing excellent customer care and after service and developing new business.
An applicant with a level 8 agricultural degree would be ideal.

Responsibilities would include inspection of livestock prior to slaughter, implementation of the groups livestock policy and production of inspection reports.
The applicant would require an excellent knowledge of livestock, computer literacy, and a good work drive.

Dairy Herd Manager
The successful applicant will be responsible for the day to day management of a grass-based spring calving dairy herd and will be supported by the owner who works nearby.
The farm is a dry grass-based compact spring milk production unit with a well laid out paddock infrastructure.
The position is ideally suited to a young person who has a QQI Level 6 qualification in Agricultural Science.
