The search is on for graduates to take part in Moy Park's trainee programme

Moy Park, one of Northern Ireland’s leading food companies, has issued a call for graduates to take part in its award-winning Graduate Management Trainee Programme.

The programme, which has been running for five years, was named ‘Training Programme of the Year’ at the prestigious Food Manufacture Excellence Awards earlier this month.

Fresh from its award win, Moy Park is calling on ambitious graduates to apply for its 2017 intake which closes at the end of November.

The scheme is open to graduates across all disciplines and equips participants with essential skills in team leadership, personal effectiveness, financial awareness and commercial judgement.

The two year programme includes four different placements opportunities and graduates will also gain a CMI Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management, according to Moy Park.

The closing date for applications for Moy Park’s graduate management trainee programme is Wednesday, November 30.

Moy Park is one of Europe’s leading poultry producers and has 13 processing and manufacturing units in Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, England, France, and the Netherlands.

The company has the capacity to process 240m birds annually, in addition to producing around 200,000t of food/year.

Its product portfolio is comprised of a variety of fresh meats, ready-to-eat meals, pre-cooked meals, breaded and frozen foods, vegetarian foods and desserts.
