Agritechnica, one of the world’s largest exhibition for agricultural machinery, kicks off in Hanover, Germany next week. The event is organised every two years by the German Agricultural Society.

The event in will feature up to 2,700 exhibitors from 47 countries, including more than 1,300 from abroad. 419,000 visitors from 83 countries are expected over the four days. The exhibition has 380,000m2 of floor space in 24 separate halls.

The organisers of the event say that the event is not purely an exhibition and has much more to offer visitors in terms of conferences, congresses, workshops and forums.
