FBD Insurance is delighted to be back at 'The Ploughing' in 2025. All visitors to the Ploughing are invited to visit the FBD stand where there is something for all ages.

FBD is proud to sponsor the popular Child Safety Wristbands again this year.

These wristbands will be distributed at the main entrance gates or can be collected from the FBD stand.

At the launch of the 2025 wristband initiative, Tomás Ó Midheach, CEO, FBD Insurance said: “At FBD, we are proud to be continue our longstanding relationship with the National Ploughing Association by supporting the valuable child safety wristband initiative at the National Ploughing Championships.

"The safety and well-being of our youngest visitors is a top priority and these wristbands offer families peace of mind as they explore and enjoy everything ‘the Ploughing’ has to offer.  

"Our hope is that all children will wear the FBD wristbands and have a fun, memorable and safe day when they visit Ploughing 2025.”

As proud sponsors of FBD Semple Stadium, the home of hurling and Gaelic football in Tipperary, FBD Insurance is delighted to be welcoming the 2025 All-Ireland Winning Tipperary hurling captain, Ronan Maher, with the Liam McCarthy cup on the FBD stand from 12.30pm to 2:00pm on Wednesday, September 17.
