Farmhand Ltd. has appointed McMullan Agri as main Krone and Amazone dealers, the machinery firm has announced.
Based in Ballymoney, Co. Antrim, McMullan Agri operates from a purpose-built premises, selling tractors, telehandlers and other agricultural machinery – now taking on Farmhand’s German-built brands.
Commenting, Farmhand sales director Stephen Scrivener said: “We are delighted to be partnering with Laurence, Norman and his team.
They have proven that they can provide a first-class service in their area and with their experience and professionalism will be a great match for our brands.
Meanwhile, McMullan Agri managing director Laurence McMullan said: “Krone and Amazone have always been brands we have admired.
“In our eyes, they are the best silage and tillage machinery that money can buy.
“We are looking forward to dealing with the farmers and contractors in our area and showing what these great brands of machinery have to offer,” the managing director added.
This is the latest appointment made by Farmhand; last year the firm appointed the Cooney Furlong Machinery Company as its new Big Line dealer for the southeast of the Republic of Ireland.
Operating since 1962, Farmhand is the exclusive importer for the Island of Ireland of Krone, Amazone, Quicke, Zuidberg and APV.
