See footage of Princess Anne’s visit to the show. Princess Anne is a great supporter of the show down through the years and visited on the opening day this year.
Ellvena Graham said the show was a great opportunity for the bank to meet its customers on the ground and is looking forward to a fantastic couple of days at the show. She said Ulster Bank is really proud of its connection with the show and this is its sixth year sponsoring the show.
Limousin breeder Henry Savage tells us that he’s delighted to be back at the Balmoral Show and says the new show grounds are helping it continue to improve. We also get a close up of his prize heifer which he was showing and get a real feel for the showing aspect of the show. The Balmoral Show has new grounds for the second year and initial indications are that crowd numbers are up and enjoying the larger space the show has to offer.
