The owner of a trailer has taken to social media to appeal for information after a theft in Co. Clare overnight.

The Ifor Williams trailer was stolen from the Killaloe area in the east of the county between 10:00pm (Monday, March 8) and this morning (Tuesday, March 9) at 8:00.

Owner Eoin Kennedy took to Facebook to share images of the stolen trailer and to appeal for information.

He explained: “This trailer was stolen from the Killaloe area last night, the night of [March 8], between 10:00pm and 8:00am this morning.

“It’s a 12 x 6 trailer and was full of bark mulch. If anyone has any information please contact me,” he added.

He appealed for people in the local area of Killaloe and around the neighbouring towns of Bridgetown and Broadford to share the social media posts in the hopes of locating the stolen trailer.
