How to: Get calves off to a great start in life
Newborn calves will be exposed to many challenges during the first couple of months of life. To prevent diseases during the early stages of the calves’ lives, make sure their mothers have been vaccinated for scour and that adequate volumes of good quality colostrum are fed early enough in life to give calves the best start in life.
