Nearly 200 countries have agreed to triple climate finance to developing countries to US$ 300 billion annually by 2035 at COP29.
Ireland has climbed 14 places on the CCPI, which monitors climate mitigation efforts of 63 countries and the EU, and now ranks 29th.
