A nationwide campaign is being prepared to double the Areas of Natural Constraint (ANC) payments to farmers in mountain and more severely handicapped areas.
To date 1,566 cases have been identified as having an Area of Natural Constraints (ANCs) area over declaration and received yellow card penalties.
