The organisers of the Bord Bia Bloom festival have confirmed the final line up for the 2025 event, which will take place from May 29 to June 2.
This year's Bloom will feature several well known chefs and cooks, including Donal Skehen, Neven Maguire, Darina Allen, and Aisling Moore; and garden designers Diarmuid Gavin, Alan Rudden, Leonie Cornelius, Ailish Drake, among other guests.
Garden expert Jim Blake and BBC presenter Adam Frost will also appear.
Bloom is now in its 19th year, and will feature over 100 talks, demonstrations, and performances taking place on five stages across the five days.
The event will take place in Phoenix Park in Dublin, and organisers are urging those wishing to attend to plan their visits.
This year's festival expects to welcome over 100,000 visitors across a 70ac site, which will play host to 20 new show gardens.
These garden designs will be themed on a range of issues, including sustainable living, health and wellbeing, entertainment, food and drink.
The five stages will include the Quality Kitchen Stage, which will welcome some of Ireland's most well-known chefs and recipes in 30 different cookery demonstrations.
The Sustainable Living Stage will see a number of talks and panel discussions on a range of topics, including sustainable fashion, and "practical tips" for sustainable living.
These talks will include environmental and conservation groups.
The Garden Stage will see a number of horticultural experts delivering some 40 talks on gardening tips and advice throughout the event. Among these are Diarmuid Gavin, Adam Frost, Stephanie Mahon, Jimi Blake, Niall McCauley, David Maxwell, and Fiann O’Nualláin.
Visitors interested in gardening can also see the Show Gardens; the Nursery Village and The Plant Emporium; live demonstrations; and interactive workshops.
Over 100 of Ireland's top food and craft drink producers will also be in attendance at the Food Village and Bloom Inn.
New for this year's event is ‘A Taste of Bloom', which will celebrate Irish produce. It is designed exclusively by chef Neven Maguire for Bloom.
For younger visitors, there will be planting experiences for children along with a range of interactive workshops at the Budding Bloomers Children’s Area.
Agri Aware will also return with its popular farm feature, demonstrating how to milk cattle and shear sheep, among other farm-related topics.
