Ovlac is a family-owned company which has been manufacturing tillage equipment since 1936. Today, Ovlac is Spain’s largest soil working equipment manufacturer.
Since its beginnings, Ovlac has focused its production on the manufacture of mouldboard ploughs, which have been the company’s flagship product for decades.
Over the last 15 years, the Ovlac product range has expanded to include other soil working equipment, such as stubble cultivators and disc harrows.
Ovlac exports account for 60% of its production to more than 20 competitive and demanding European markets including France, Germany and the UK and beyond Europe to South America, South Africa, New Zealand and China.

The OVLAC plough range includes conventional and reversible mounted, semi mounted and trailed models together with a range of shallow ploughs.

Both spring and hydraulic release mechanism; case hardened 8mm mouldboard; heavy duty headstocks with main frame made from high quality steel; free from welding eliminating tensions and weak spots and reinforced with Hardex sandwich plates where the efforts are the biggest; pivoting points equipped with wear resistant case-hardened bushes and grease points to ensure a long service life together with a full range of plough bodies and accessories.
Additional important features include hydraulic working width adjustment from the tractor cab and Automatic Memory System that guarantees a gentle turning over of the plough and return to the original set working width.
OVLAC Mini Shallow Ploughs have been developed to combine the advantages of traditional and minimum tillage.
Traditional ploughing is the most ecological and sustainable method to deal with weed control in organic farming, as chemical control is prohibited.
The range of disc harrows feature tractor mounted and semi mounted models, with 24 inch disc diameters perfect for penetrating hard soils, equipped with a security system with independent disc elements to provide a uniform finish to depths of 15cm and working widths up to 9.0m.
The all purpose range of stubble cultivators come with constant working depths up to 40 cm with auto reset hydraulic protection adjustable from the tractor cab and working widths up to 6.0 meters.
Optional levelling springs or discs, with maintenance free hubs, that mix the soil and a range of depth control wheels are available together with optional bar and cage rollers.
