Glanbia Ireland has further invested in its online platform – GlanbiaConnect.com – with a major expansion of its online store.

The new online store from Ireland’s largest agri-retailer, which officially launched this week, delivers a market-leading offering to farmers, gardeners and pet owners.

To celebrate the launch of its new online shop – which offers low prices and fast delivery on thousands of products – Glanbia is giving away a €1,000 voucher.

A move to online services

Glanbia’s own research shows a growing demand from farmers for high-quality online services and proves that the farming sector is taking the lead in embracing new technologies and increasingly doing business digitally.

Commenting on the launch of the new online store, James Byrne, marketing manager for e-commerce for Glanbia Agribusiness, said: “Farmers are busier than ever and we aim to support them by continuing to improve our online service.

“We’re delighted to bring our full-product range from Ireland’s largest farmer-owned co-operative and make it available to farmers, gardeners and pet owners throughout Ireland,” he said.
