To celebrate 45 years in business, O'Donovan Engineering is hosting an open day on April 21, at its premises in Coachford, Co. Cork.

The day will give attendees the opportunity to meet the team and see the company's premises while availing of great offers and demonstrations.

The event will have several industry experts in attendance on the day sharing their experience and insights into the Irish agri sector including planning, the new TAMS 3 application process and what to look out for, along with housing and handling.

It will kick off at 1:00p.m with stands and refreshments, and then at 2:45p.m a discussion panel on the latest Targeted Agricultural Modernisation Scheme (TAMS 3) and the building process will take place.

Speakers include Bertie Troy of Grasstec Group, Julie Roche of JR Agri Consulting, Vincent Dorney and Jason Fitzgerald of O’Donovan Engineering

The event will come to an end at 6:00p.m.

The family owned company is hosting the open day to celebrate and thank customers, staff, and the local community for their support over the years.

“We are proud supporters of the Irish family farm and rural Ireland, and this as our chance to reconnect with the people who have supported us over the years,” Deirdre O’Donovan said.

As part of the company's commitment to giving back to the community, it will have a donation box available throughout the day to collect funds for this worthy cause.

Marymount University Hospital & Hospice has been chosen as the charity it will support during the open day.

To further amplify the impact of the donations, it will be matching every euro donated on the day.
