LSL Auctions, renowned for live broadcasting and online bidding, has launched a new property listing platform – www.lslproperty.ie.
The platform incorporates private treaty listings, timed auctions, and live broadcast with online bidding property auctions.
The company has become a familiar partner to property auctioneers and estate agents across the country, facilitating in live video broadcast with online and floor bidding (hybrid) auctions.
LSL’s Property platform opened its doors to all property listings, including private treaty 12 weeks ago. It has already listed over 6,000 properties from estate agents across the country.
Online facilities
The new property listing search site is free for estate agents to list and offers vendors the ability to sell via timed auction, live broadcast hybrid auction and private treaty.
Online offers can be made on private treaty properties via the site, making it easier for buyers to submit their interest while reducing the workload on the property agents and auctioneers.
There is an array of additional functionality including electronic signature for contracts, secure upload for I.D. verification and online deposit solution.

CEO, Brendan Hannigan said it was the “next step” that LSL Auctions needed to take in order to grow.
“In September, 2022, we held 25 live broadcast property auctions online, and in September this year the number had increased to 85 in one month alone,” he commented.
“The demand from estate agents and auctioneers looking for a one-stop solution platform for property listings, timed auctions and live broadcast auctions has dramatically increased.
“This has proven to be true with an astonishing 6,000 properties listed on www.lslproperty.ie in the past 12 weeks.”

The company intends to offer a chargeable ‘Premium Listing’ and ‘Premium Listing with Editorial’ options in the coming months, whereby a listing will be prominently displayed at the top of a county or town search result.
Alerts can also be set on a search criteria, where buyers will receive an email and/or push notification once a property that matches their search preference is listed.
