AgriLand is once again delighted to offer farmers the opportunity to farm free for a year. Now in its third year, our Farm Free Competition has grown to be even bigger than ever.
The winner of this year’s competition will take home a whole host of prizes; including a Smaxtec Bolus system – worth over €5,000 to keep and use on his/her farm.
The Smaxtec system is a hi-tech, smart bolus that measures temperature, activity and pH. This is a heat detection, health monitoring, pH and calving system. The prize consists of 25 smart boli, a base station, a repeater (range extender), an applicator and installation.
With a four-year warranty, 95% accuracy and a life expectancy of five-to-six years, this exciting new product offers so many benefits to both beef and dairy farmers.
Regardless of being full or part-time, the system gives farmers health, reproductive and labour-saving advantages.
