Watch the key decisions in Europe affecting farming this month

Organic reform plans: Member States called for significant changes at the Agriculture Council on November 10;
CAP budget: Farming Ministers call on Finance Ministers to support their opposition to activating next year’s agricultural crisis reserve;
Baltic States and Finland restated a plea for support for their dairy producers hit by Russia’s import ban; and,
MEPs in the ENVI Committee voted to allow countries to ban genetically modified crops on environmental grounds.
