International agri-services group Origin Enterprises has appointed Helen Kirkpatrick to the board as an independent non-executive director, with immediate effect.
The group provides specialist agronomy advice, crop inputs and digital agricultural solutions to farmers, growers and amenity professionals.
Kirkpatrick has experience as a non-executive director across a range of industries, having served as a board member in public, private and not-for-profit companies operating nationally and internationally over the past 20 years.
In her various roles, Kirkpatrick has served as chairperson of both audit and remuneration committees and held the position of senior independent director.
Helen currently sits on the board of NTR and a number of technology development companies.
Background
With a background in corporate finance and business advisory services, Kirkpatrick has held a number of senior positions in global professional services firms, including Ernst & Young and Deloitte.
She was also a corporate finance executive with Invest Northern Ireland, the economic development agency for Northern Ireland.
She has been awarded an MBE for services to the community in Northern Ireland.
