There will be a banquet set for Saturday evening, while the All-Ireland finals of the impromptu debating competition will also be held later in the day.

Outgoing President Sean Finan said: “I wish Leitrim Macra the best of luck in their preparations for the 2017 AGM.

We are delighted to have Aurivo and Lakeland Co-ops on board as our main sponsors. I look forward to attending the AGM as I conclude my term as National President.

The impromptu debating final will be contested by Ramor Macra, from Co. Cavan, and Freemount Macra of Avondhu, Co. Cork.

The final will be at 7:00pm, while the banquet dinner will take place immediately afterwards.

Tickets for the banquet cost €30 per person and include entry to the after-party. After-party tickets are €15 for non-Macra members and €10 for members.

Entertainment on the night will be provided by the well-known band Ruaile Buaile.
