SuperValu, one of Ireland’s leading community supermarkets, is expected to sell €3.3m worth of Irish whole turkeys over Christmas period.

These 100 per cent Irish turkeys, which customers can pre-order now from SuperValu outlets nationwide, will be available in-store from the 20 December.

Supplied by Monaghan-based Grove Turkeys Ltd and IGWT Poultry Services Ltd, all SuperValu branded whole fresh turkeys are Bord Bia approved.

This Christmas, SuperValu customers can collect points towards a half price turkey as well as receiving five per cent off their Christmas shop as part of SuperValu’s Real Rewards Scheme. A variety of turkey options will also be available in-store including boned and rolled, crowns and joints.
