Kilskyre National School and Kilskyre Hurling Club have joined forces to announce the Kilskyre Festival 2015.
‘Irish Garth Brook’s Experience’ who will take centre stage in the ‘Big Red Barn’ at Kilskyre Hurling Club on Saturday the May 30.
The Big Red Barn is an American Style Barn that will be constructed at the park at Kilskyre Hurling Club to give that total country theme, with a BBQ thrown in to keep you dancing.
Doors open at 8pm with music from Ted Nevin the ‘Irish Garth Brook’s Experience’ will kick off at 10pm with DJ till late. We have a licensed bar until 1.30pm Saturday and Sunday night.
From 3pm on Saturday the 30th of May we have an adult hurling sevens competition which promises to be highly entertaining and competitive which with clubs from Monaghan, Cavan, Westmeath and Meath participating.
On Friday the 29th we have a kids disco in the Big Red Barn with DJ Chantelle, we will have face painting, popcorn and fizzy.
On Sunday the 31st we have bingo during the day followed by a wrap up night with live music ‘No Halo’
